Cheap A$$ Beach Houses is an HGTV reality series that premiered on December 3, 2025. Hosted and narrated by Matthew Hoffman, the half hour show follows individuals, couples and families as they search for budget friendly, ocean adjacent properties along the coast.

HGTV shows are our bread and butter, but finding oceanfront and ocean view homes on a lower range budget was a tall order in itself. We cast people who were buying in real time, working inside the small window of an active home search and a fixed season timeline, and vetting every buyer to make sure each purchase was a genuine personal one rather than a business picking up rental properties.

Thanks to our existing files and tightly zoned outreach, we cast not only the home buyers but also the real estate agents who appear alongside them in each episode.
