Lost in Transition was a reality docu-series that aired on TLC in 2018, following four couples as they navigated the emotional and personal journey of one partner coming out as transgender later in life.

Casting required great care and sensitivity, as participants were sharing deeply personal and life-changing experiences. We sought individuals ready to embrace their authentic selves alongside their partners and willing to share their story with honesty, offering a raw and heartfelt look at love, identity, and transformation.
